Luxor Salon is not a franchised salon like a lot of salons in Richmond; we are also not a conceptual salon like others, where a large manufacturer corporation tells us how to service our client’s needs. Our service techniques are based on our client’s needs and requests.

Salon Etiquette:

The Following are standard Salon Etiquette:

*As timing is imparative to our clients experience, we will ask that a client arrive 5 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment. A client will be asked to reschedule their appointment if they are more than 10 minuets late for their scheduled appointment.

*We ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice of appointment cancellation or reschedule. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice that appointment is tagged as a "No Show."

*If a client "No Show" rate exceeds a 70% ratio they will be asked to consider walk-in availability. Should the client not wish to be a walk-in client, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required for any subsequent appointments made.

*NSF Check fee is $35.00. Should a client have 2 NSF Checks they will be required to be a cash only client.

*50% deposit on wedding appointments is required with at least 1 practice run through for the bride.

*Luxor Salon holds the right to refuse services due to the professional opinion that the service requested is too risky for the health, well-being and integrity of the client's hair.

*Luxor Salon does not tolerate abusive language or behavior of its staff or clientele. Should abusive language or behavior occur that person will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
